Merry Xmas and a Happy Festive Season to all from a Double jabbed Kiwi and due to get the Booster on Jan 10th. 2022. I'm happy to say our family has survived this pandemic so far and I sincerely hope all BBS subscribers will also. This change in life style takes a bit of getting used to.

Smart phone for Track and Trace with BT and display Covid Vaccine Pass and Photo ID on a lanyard and wear a face mask and keep a Social distance is a whole new routine to remember for old age pensioners.

Once again my Best to All and stay safe out there.

MrBill.... I can relate. It's a whopping 47º F in Tampa Bay area right now.... The real good news is that it's 37º F in Dallas where I'm from.

Hey guys, we're the opposite way to you. We have been getting an average of 30 degrees C (86 degrees F) over the last 2 weeks.
We avoid hot meals and have salads and cold cuts, chilled wine and beer.
NZ is trying to set a record at water deaths due to drownings.
Everyone is getting into rivers and lakes to keep cool and have fun whether than can swim or not.
Not seems to be winning. Cheers.

Steve. We got down to 27 last night with about a 12 to 15 MPH wind. I am just about 28 miles N of Ft. Walton Beach. Wasn't bad till that freight train of a wind hit you.

MrBill, you're so far North West you're in a different time zone. LOL

This traffic deal has been all over the news... I got jammed up in the same type of storm in West TEXAS a few years back... I tried to drive from Dallas to Midland and couldn't make it. Spent the night in a hotel and them the next morning spent 15 hours to drive what should have taken five hours.

Strange that time runs east-west but ... ... season (winter-summer) runs north-south!
