[Inactive] Malware bytes detects that my PC contains a malware

Hi guys!

This is my first time posting on any forum since I started using the internet because I didn't believe anyone would reply. Lol. But here it goes.

My malwarebytes has detected that a malware is running from svchost.exe. I have tried scanning and nothing came up. I have also used ccleaner to its full potential but the warning just keeps popping up.

I don't know what else I could do. Please help me.
