Maleware that cannot be removed

    My searches did not bare fruit so, I installed Avira and after scan it came back telling me a malware is located: C:\Windows\System32\byXPjiGA. The new window asked what to do with it, e.g., delete, quarantee, etc. but when I choose any of these within seconds it come back again with the same window and message. What should I do?
