I also decreased to 6, this did not function at all. Find only 8 successfully functions correctly. The word "Feels like" fails to auto open typing Fee-, this word has been typed 365 times in the one document. Thanks Bobby.

LibreOffice sees "feels like" as two words.

Lowering the min to 5 causes the word feels to autocomplete after typing fee.

5 is lowest setting my version will accept.

Adding "feels like" to the custom dictionary does not work - still sees it as two words.

Typing feelslike will show as incorrect spelling with choice of feels-like or feels like.

    Feels-like will autocomplete.

Once you start using feels-like you will get an autocorrect mark that is blue, not red, asking for the hyphen if you change to typing it as "feels like ".

    Any other examples?

You are correct 5 is the lowest and default in my copy too. I realised later that "feels" like only would be accepted as two separate words, joining as one showed as an error. I have now completed my template and no further words are showing or require full typing of the word. Thanks Bobby.

I certainly like LibreOffice 4.2. and the asking price "Free" it is a bargain. With help as when required from this Forum, in most instances it does work for what I require. Thanks Bobby.
