Letters on ?eyboard do not pr?nt .

    Problem seems to be only those two left out above .
    Suspect ? have a v?rus or other malware problem . But suppose ?t could be Mechan?cal .
    Obv?ously very ?nh?b?tng for passwords and access to essent?al S?tes.

    1. Try a different keyboard.

    2. If comp is a laptop, try a usb keybaord.

    3. If no joy:

    Read this post, then post the requested log(s) in the Malware and Virus Removal forum.

    Thank you . Have been trying to find alternative keyboard to test ,as you suggest.

    Meanwhile ,removed last download . Presto ! Problem seems to be solved.

    What the actual problem was remains a mystery . Thank you again for your help.
