Resolved KNCTR-cannot uninstall

    I have widows defender with windows 10 and 2 browsers, edge and chrome.
    When I try to uninstall, it says KNCTR is currently running and has to be closed.
    I ran Malwarebytes Anti-Malware and Windows Defender. I apparently don't know how to close KNCTTR.
    What should I do?

    yes, I did find it in the hidden icon and deleted it. Thanks.
