[Inactive] jetswap virus infected our 2003 domain controller

I have a Server 2003 Small Business Server, that has been infected with Safe Surf, and Jetswap. I have tried to run Malware Bytes, but i keep getting an error.
This is the main Domain Controller so I don't want to install any antiviral removal utilities unless i have help. I would appreciate any help i can get as i have been trying to remove this for two days. I have run Malware bytes but can't get it to complete the scan to get a log or delete any files. Also, i have run microsoft's live safety scan which finds the trojans, removes them but they just come back. Hijack this pulls up a log, but any time i remove a component of the virus on next reboot, they come back. Please help!

    Josh
