ISP download limit alarm

Hi,

Just crazy question, but i will ask anyway!

Is there any software/program/solution available to stop downloading after the set monthly download limit ( subscribed ) for perticular isp provider reach to maximum.

For example,
ISP provider: XYZ
Say, I have a limit of 2GB/Month.
On 20th of the month, i reach 2gb limit.
Looking for any software/program/solution available that automatically link to ISP provider and warn/stop downloading once 2gb limit is reached.
So on 21st, if i start downloading, the program warn/stop me doing so.

Note: most of the isp provider have provision to look your usage. Definately you want to stop further downloading after you reach the limit.

I am looking something that "Automatically" do it for you, just in case you forget to look-up your usage. Is there something available?

Generally if an ISP limits the downloads it will cut you off once the quota has been met. But I Googled "download Limiter" and got these that might have something you are looking for (I didn't read the descriptions of all of them, some seem to be limiting bandwidth so you'll have to sift them).
