Is there a differnce between XP Mode and Virtual PC Mode

    Still no clue how to get programs into XP Mode. (I've done all three downloads.)

    When you start XP Mode, you land up in WinXP as Administrator.

    From there on, its just like XP. You can load software thru CD, browse web etc. But please note that any anti virus software running on Win 7 machine is NOT going to scan this virtual machine. You need to install a separate anti virus for this installation & also update it.
