Windows Vista Inverted display screen

Someone please help me quick! My Dell computer with Vista Home Basic has an inverted display screen. I was on the computer, my cat was in my lap and got on my desk and laid full length horizontal across my keyboard. The screen went black and when it came back up everything was upside down. I am using my monitor upside down, thank goodness it is a flat screen so I can prop it up. I am not a computer whiz, so please be simple when explaining. Thank you very much........Judy

 

Try pressing Ctrl + Alt+ The Arrow key (Up, Down,Left, Right).......

Please complete your system specifications as best you can. This will make it easier to address your problem. Rest assured there's nothing faulty, perhaps asking the cat to lie across the keyboard again will resolve the problem

Wildfire, cat is not talking to me now, I put ear mite meds in his ear, not a happy feline and my bleeding leg can vouch for it!!
