[Inactive] Internet pages slow to load - trouble with Trojan

I have had problems with my internet pages recently and started when I had trojan appear a few days ago. One trojan was healed I think, but am not too sure. When I logged on computer today another trojan appeared via my avg called download.agent2.YJA. I clicked on heal in the box and I think it may have worked as it disappeared. My pages are still slow to load and would appreciate any advice as to whether these trojans are actually healed and whether they are slowing down the pages loading?

Any help would be much appreciated.

    regards

    Joan

Am so sorry but I am confused. Do I post a log or just put I had that trojan and what I tried to do to get rid of it. I must come across as really dense but what exactly do I have to put? Sorry to be such a nuisance.

You may think that you have the problem sorted, but there may still be malware present.

Follow the instructions in the link posted by Arie .....
For your own peace of mind :)
