    New Problem

So i did what you said on my computer (i'm now on the laptop) and when i ran the combofix it restarted my computer, somewhere along the lines of reboot, my internet completely stopped working, i dont know why this would occur, i went to device manager and under Device Status, it says "Windows can not start this hardware device because its configuration information (in the registry) is incomplete or damaged." How the heck did this happen? i've done everything i possibly could to fix it and nothing. it says connected, but i cant get on the internet at all, its hooked into a router, the internet on the laptop works fine, so its juts my pc that has the problem. the troubleshooter suggested i uninstall my network adapter and re install, unfortunatly the card is part of the motherboard and when i try to uninstall it says it cant becasue it needs to be able to start up or reboot. now i'm completely lost...please help!

    problems continued...

-----yeesh okay well i got the drivers for the network card, but theres other problems with "WAN Miniport (IP)" it has the same error as the network card did, i posted it up above. Also with "IEEE802.11b Wireless USB Adapter" they all ahve the same errors, so my network card is fine now ,but those other 2 have problems as well, but why do those affect my internet? i dont think i'm using them, and cant uninstall them it says they may be required to boot up computer...disabling doesnt help either. plx help D:

Lets take a look at some registry keys.

Highlight and copy the contents of the code box below.
    Code:
    reg query HKLM\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Control\Class\{36FC9E60-C465-11CF-8056-444553540000} /s >look.txt
    reg query HKLM\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Control\Class\{4D36E972-E325-11CE-BFC1-08002bE10318} /s >>look.txt
    start notepad look.txt
    exit
    cls

Click Start>Run and type cmd then hit enter to open a command window. Right click in the command window and select paste. The command window will close on it's own and a log will open. Post that log here please.

Please post the C:\ComboFix.txt log as well.

The logs might be large enough that you will have to split them up into several posts.
