Sorry, I did not find a similair issue:

After an average of three days of normal use, I can not open IE9 or Google Chrome.

This started about a month ago, but I thought not much of it at the time.
Logging off does not fix the problem, only a restart and it takes an extra ordinair

long time to get to the "welcome" page.
First I thought it was a conflict with the keyscrambler I had installed, or the face

book web site, I removed the keyscrambler.
I did not go on any **** web sites.
Tonight July 23 I was at a legion forum and when I tried to switch to a TV listing

program web site it stalled again. I can stil use the non internet programs during

    this freeze of the browsers.
I tried to find an obvious error in the event viewer, but it is like a foreign

    language to me.
I use the Zone Alarm Extreme anti virus scanner and once a week I run scans with

Malware bytes, Spybot-S&D, Super anti spyware and Ccleaner.
I also ran the HP diagnostic tool and all items passed.

Sorry to bother you again, but I am correct in reading, copy and paste both files in its entirety?
I could not find a way to attach files.

Thank you Pete, I did post them via a link from my web site, is that OK or should I copy and paste the files in a new post?

You must copy/paste the entire contents of each log into your thread - spread over several posts if need be.

Our Malware expert will have it no other way.
