Resolved IE 11, Empty Tab

    I logged into the command prompt to run as administrator and typed this command

    c:\windows\system32>regsvr32.exe ieproxy.dll

    It still failed.


    Isn't there a toolkit available somewhere to fix this?

    I don't know what an elevated command prompt is. However, I opend the command prompt as an administrator. I got the message saying registration of ieproxy succeeded. I did test it once and things appear to work correctly.
