Resolved IE 11, Empty Tab

I logged into the command prompt to run as administrator and typed this command

c:\windows\system32>regsvr32.exe ieproxy.dll

It still failed.


Isn't there a toolkit available somewhere to fix this?

 

Try the command:

c:\windows\system32\regsvr32.exe "c:\program files\internet explorer\ieproxy.dll "​

(at an elevated command prompt).

 

I don't know what an elevated command prompt is. However, I opend the command prompt as an administrator. I got the message saying registration of ieproxy succeeded. I did test it once and things appear to work correctly.

Oh, and yes, "Elevated" means the same thing as "Run as Administrator ".
