Resolved I type but the PC seems to be doing something else at the time.

I can be typing and the Characters will be late appearing on the Display.
Its like the PC is busy doing something else, and then all the characters will Zip across the screen.
It does not happen on the BBB site, I just noticed that this minute.

Am I infected, or do I have something running I dont know about?

Lots of these Scanning programs will offer a free download. I suspect my problem started after running one of the 'bait and switch' Scanning program.
They show up a bunch of Red flags, but you have to pay to fix them.

I'm a little embarrased to put up such a small problem in the face of all these really bad problems. I feel lucky not to have those bad ones.

 

Download and run MalwareBytes and post the log. Do the quick scan first.
