    Welcome to WindowsBBS :)

We encourage all members to complete their System Specifications which help us to help you :)

Go into Device Manager and remove/uninstall all USB controllers and root hubs - reboot to allow Windows to redetect them and test.

Is it only your pen drive which causes the problem?

When you loaded Win 7 did you check for updated chipset drivers - Vista drivers should be suitable.

Is the installation of Win 7 in dual boot with another OS, an upgrade from a previous OS or a clean install?
