    I learn a lot on the BBS forums too. It's an amazing resource. All the helpful people are an amazing resource. :)

    I still haven't got onto the Symantec upgrade site, but it's the journey right. ;)

    I am having the exact same problem as you near Calgary - I can't access www.symantecstore.com. Is Shaw your ISP by any chance?

    Hi Jeff,

    Yes Shaw cable in Calgary is my ISP! Is that where the problem lies?
