HP Director will not open

    I have an HP all in one 1210 printer. The HP Director will not open.
    Target is "C:\Program Files\Hewlett-Packard\Digital Imaging\bin\Hpqdirec.exe "
    I tried rebuild desktop icons. I tried to sent a copy of exe to desktop. Neither worked. The icon for HP photo and imaging opens, target is
    "C:\Program Files\Hewlett-Packard\Digital Imaging\bin\hpqthb08.exe "
