how to fix C00D1199?

    so i recently had to delete everything from my computer
    and now that i add everything back
    it wont let me watch videos
    it says C00D1199
    and i ask everyone and they bring me to sites
    i dont even need.

    Can you PLEASE tell me exactly what i need
    to download?
