How to do multi-row toolbar Firefox v84? (again)

    I have asked this question before and got an answer that worked great but each time the updates eventually disable the solution. So here I am again looking for how to have a multi-row Bookmarks Toolbar in Firefox v84.

    If I get one this time, I think I'll turn off Firefox updates and leave it that way until it becomes impossible to use without them.
