how restore game folders?

My friends computer Game folder got deleted some how is it possible to restore the folder to its default place

 

If you can find a restore point before the folder was deleted it will put it back, or right click progams on the start menu, open all users, open programs then add a new folder "games ", after that you will need to add games, I probably didn't search deep enough to find the particular "game?.exe" to restore to the folder, but that's a start for you

PS: you may be able to use a program like recuva to restore the folder.
