    I've got:
    SuperAntiSpyware
    Spyblaster
    Advanced SystemCare
    Malwarebytes' Anti-Malware
    ATF-Cleaner

Are they all necessary, or are some redundant?

    What are you running?

Arie, would you respond to my question about the software I have and whether or not any of it is redundant?
    Thx

    Chas

I am always leary of software that claims to tune up your computer or fix registry errors, etc. On that basis, IMHO, I would dump Advanced System Care.

Equally I am not impressed with SpyBlaster - actually never heard of it until you posted - I would go for SpywareBlaster in preference.

    The other 3 are fine.
FWIW -I use Malwarebytes & SuperAntiSpyware as on demand scanners, Sunbelt Vipre - includes antispyware - as resident. Ran SpywareBlaster for years on XP - haven't got round to installing it as yet on my new build - Win 7 Pro x64.

Pete, I dumped Advanced System Care and I was mistaken about SpyBlaster. The one I have is Spyware Blaster.
    Thx for the help. :)

I have no clue.... I don't use any (except the build in Windows tools), no need to. My email is quite restricted & heavily filtered & scanned on the mail server side & my web browsing is generally quite safe (I do run Avast A/V, just for the heck of it).
