Resolved How do I get I.E. windows to open maximized?

Sorry if this topic is here somewhere, I can't find it.

I don't remember the procedure I used in XP and perhaps it's not the same as Windows 7. I use the I.E.11 (32) with my 64Bit system. Is there a way to have all my web pages open maximized?

 

I followed the link and instructions.

If I open I.E. from the I.E. desktop shortcut or from the start menu (I think it's the 32 bit I'm opening. (I used to see 64bit on start menu but not anymore), it opens maximized.

If I open I.E. from a favorite menu, it opens minimized. Is there a way to open the favorites maximized?

A desktop shortcut to a webpage opens minimized too.

An I.E. favorite from the drop down menu in I.E. opens maximized but not from start menu favorites.

 

I followed those instructions and got a lot of I.E. stopped working messages and pages wouldn't load initially.

After a few attempts the windows either open maximized or resized depending on how I open them.
