[HijackThisInstaller... how to use it]

Hello everyone, has anyone else tried a free software named [HijackThisInstaller]?
I installed this software, and apparently it checks for errors true or false in the Registry and warns not to remove any entries unless you are sure this file(s) is indeed no longer used or safe to remove.
In my case, reports on files referring to software that has indeed been removed sometime ago. It also refers to files that no longer can be found in the registry.
Can these unfound files be safely removed or well left alone? or simply disregard this program HijackThisInstaller and remove from hard disk?
Your views, comments and advice will be most apptrciated.
