[Help with removing WIN32/VMalum.BXRF]

ok i know this has been posted before but i don't understand it
k so i got the virus WIN32/VMalum.BXRF i read some of the posts but i still don't understand whats going on. it infected my C:\PROGRAM FILES\MSN MESSENGER
then my C:\System Volume Information\_restore{249F3396-BC49-407A-8BAF-A18D0E852EB8}\RP492
my EZ antivirus quarantined both of them

whats with virus how do i get rid of it

and now a new vius has infected its called INI/Helpud.CL it quarantined my C:\Documents and Settings\LocalService\My Documents\My Pictures

im a noob at this stuff so plz help me out
