Simply try to rename the file
    If failed

So now i have my java jre and jdk installed. But now i can't seem to get them to work in any browser. I need to find a way to turn java on. In my actions center java use to be there now it isn't my feeling is that it is just not on, or maybe being blocked. If anyone has any ideas, i'm sure its not a difficult problem to fix.

i dont know i thought installing it would help, but it didn't. I have a java file in my control panel/programs location and when i click on it it says... Explorer.exe on the top then in the box it says "application not found" i'm am sure that does not belong there and maybe that is the problem

JDK is for developers only, so you definitely don't need it.

That icon in Control Panel may be the old icon, you had before we started this whole thread.
At some point, I asked you to search the computer for java.cpl file and delete it, if found. did you do it?

i thought that this java icon in my control panel didn't belong so i looked up how to get rid of it, i went here -- http://java.com/en/download/help/regkey_addremove.xml
In here i read everything followed the steps to where i am at. I'm in the uninstall folder looking for Display name With the data java or anything java related. So far i have had no luck finding it.

So, you actually didn't search for java.cpl file?
