Solved Help me get rid of this Trojan please, HJT log included

OK good.

Please delete this folder.
C:\quarantine

Now do this.

Click Start>Run in the run box copy and paste or type ComboFix /u then hit Enter to uninstall ComboFix and remove the files/folders it created. This action will also reset the System Restore points, removing the infected files there as well.

That should clean up what Panda found, other then the few cookies.

Hey Man,
Thank you SO much for all your help with this. I deleted the quarantine folder and uninstalled ComboFix and everything appears to be running fine. I will give the PC back to the user and pray that whatever she did to infect it doesn't happen again.
