Had this problem 1 week ago, thought it was fixed but.

Gateway fx6850 system, windows 10 (up to date)
It has 2 plugable harddrive bays, not hot swap bays and of course, the
normal internal HD with system on it.
Recently, I installed an SSD and cloned the system (drive C) onto it.

Now, If i have a drive in a plugable bay, I don't get the BIOS line
when i boot up and the plugable drive is not detected by the system.

    My boot sequence is:
    Removable drive
    HD (SSD)
    EFI Device
    CD
    Lan

    suggestions?

    thanks,
    clif

    Never mind..
I went to device manager and clicked on view, hidden devices, disk, propertys and populated
the volume and it started showing up.

    :):)
    thanks,
