google results redirected to searchsite.com and other sites

My google results are all ******* up, when i click them i get taken to all sorts of ad sites.
I ran spybot search n destroy and malware bytes anti maleware nothing is found. Here is my HJT log :

I tried doing what people suggest in other threads but the snag i keep running into is they all use combofix and it doesnt work on my OS(windows 7 64bit) so i cant remove this problem.
