[Active] Google Redirect

I have a google/bing/search engine redirect virus that always takes me to phony sites when I click on a link. MalwareBytes and SpyBot and AdAware didn't fix it. It takes me to some site called "analog2digital.com" and then quickly bounces to another phony site. Here's my log file. Please help me! Thank you so much!

Please download ComboFix from Here or Here to your Desktop.

**Note: In the event you already have Combofix, this is a new version that I need you to download. It is important that it is saved directly to your desktop**
1. Please, never rename Combofix unless instructed.
2. Close any open browsers.
3. Close/disable all anti virus and anti malware programs so they do not interfere with the running of ComboFix.
• Very Important! Temporarily disable your anti-virus, script blocking and any anti-malware real-time protection before performing a scan. They can interfere with ComboFix or remove some of its embedded files which may cause "unpredictable results ".
• Click on this link to see a list of programs that should be disabled. The list is not all inclusive. If yours is not listed and you don't know how to disable it, please ask.
NOTE. If Combofix asks you to install Recovery Console, please allow it.
• Close any open browsers.
• WARNING: Combofix will disconnect your machine from the Internet as soon as it starts
• Please do not attempt to re-connect your machine back to the Internet until Combofix has completely finished.
• If there is no internet connection after running Combofix, then restart your computer to restore back your connection.
4. Double click on combofix.exe & follow the prompts.
5. When finished, it will produce a report for you.
6. Please post the "C:\ComboFix.txt" along with a new HijackThis log for further review.
**Note: Do not mouseclick combofix's window while it's running. That may cause it to stall**

Make sure, you re-enable your security programs, when you're done with Combofix.

DO NOT make any other changes to your computer (like installing programs, using other cleaning tools, etc.), until it's officially declared clean!!!

It did the exact same thing... :(

It asked for an update and I first did it without the update and also tried it after applying the update. Didn't change anything. BSOD each time. Computer restarts automatically.

The exact same result...no difference. I used safe mode with networking to allow it to update and also download/install Windows Recovery Console since it prompted for that again. :(

Double click on downloaded .exe file, select Rootkit tab and click the Scan button.
When scan is completed, click Save button, and save the results as gmer.log
Warning ! Please, do not select the "Show all" checkbox during the scan.
Zip the log, and attach zipped file to your next reply.

2. Download RootRepeal.zip (Mirror1, Mirror2) and unzip it to your Desktop.
• Double click RootRepeal.exe to start the program
• Click on the Report tab at the bottom of the program window
• Click the Scan button
• In the Select Scan dialog, check:

• [*]Drivers
[*]Files
[*]Processes
[*]SSDT
[*]Stealth Objects
[*]Hidden Services
• Click the OK button
• In the next dialog, select all drives showing
• Click OK to start the scan
Note: The scan can take some time. DO NOT run any other programs while the scan is running
• When the scan is complete, the Save Report button will become available
• Click this and save the report to your Desktop as RootRepeal.txt

RootRepeal kept getting held up. I let it run for 5 hours on one attempt in Safe Mode and it still would get held up. I don't know what the problem is there...but GMER worked like a charm. Here's its log. Thank you so much for your help thus far!

Download avz4.zip from here
• Unzip it to your desktop to a folder named avz4
• Double click on AVZ.exe to run it.
• Run an update by clicking the Auto Update button on the Right of the Log window: [IMG]
• Click Start to begin the update
Note: If you recieve an error message, chose a different source, then click Start again
• After the update, from the "File " menu, choose "Standard Scripts "
• Put a check next to item 2: Advanced System Analysis
• Click Execute selected scripts
• At the next prompt, click the Yes button
• Let the scan run and click "OK" when the completion prompt pops up
• Now Close out of the Standard Scripts window, and exit AVZ
• Navigate to the avz4 folder and locate the folder LOG
• Inside the LOG folder you will find virusinfo_syscheck.htm and virusinfo_syscheck.zip
• Attach the compressed file, virusinfo_syscheck.zip, to your next reply.

I can't see anything there...

• Go to File, then Exit to close the program
