Sorry, I was out a town for a few days. I ran OTLPE and it worked, but I cannot access my C: drive. When I try to open it I get a message that says, " C: Drive is not formatted would you like to format it now? "

Why do you need to access your C drive?
My instructions don't say anything about it.

    Oh, OK.
    You'll need USB flash drive.
While at REATOGO-X-PE desktop, go Start>Run, type in:
    cmd
    Click OK.
    At command prompt, type in:
    copy C:\OTL.txt X: (<----watch for "spaces ")
...where "X" is a letter for your USB stick

The above will work, if the log was really saved to C drive.

If not, we'll try something else.
