The title says it all ... Firefox 43.0.3 doesn't display Captchas on my system (nor does Pale Moon 25.8.1).

I had to install Chrome (which I don't like and don't want to have to use) to be able to see the required Captcha in order to complete an online registration.

Have you got cookie blocks or an addon to block captchas? I've had no problems using FF 43.0.3 with Flash and Shock up to date. I use WOT and Facebook disconnect. Neil.

    Hi Neil,

I thought the answer to both of your questions was "no ", but I just started Pale Moon in its Safe Mode, opened the same site that was causing me trouble this afternoon, and the Captcha appeared.

So, it will be a process of elimination to determine which of my extensions causes the problem. I'll report back when I find out.

EDIT: The problem extension was Google Disconnect, but I have another installed extension that does essentially the same thing, removing the tracking code/redirects from Google searches.

Hi Jim, Good to see you will be able to track down the cause. I try and keep my setup simple and everything seems to work OK. Cheers Neil.

Sorry, I should have been more specific. The problem extension was Google Disconnect. Removing it from Firefox and Pale Moon corrected the problem of the invisible Captcha ... the required Captcha now appears in both of them ... goodbye Chrome.
