Windows Vista [Explorer stops responding when I right-click a folder]

    in my system when ever i click right mouse button on any folders it shows not responding and stops working so with this problem i cant copy any files and i cant scan my system . so tell me what to do.

    And arul for heaven's sake Stop sending PMs.
