Executing a program from Run

AHH, Clarity! Thanks Zander. (and Newt, for the instructions) I've never used any shortcut keys and never bothered to learn how to use them. Probably still won't use 'em much, but it's nice knowing how to.

For people with special needs (Think inputting info with eye blinks, puffs of air, typing with one hand etc) every keystroke and click saved is not only more efficient, but easier.

I took notes, too. I may never use the special kb xcuts, but it may help someone down the road. Thanks, guys.
