AHH, Clarity! :D Thanks Zander. (and Newt, for the instructions) I've never used any shortcut keys and never bothered to learn how to use them. Probably still won't use 'em much, but it's nice knowing how to. ;)

For people with special needs (Think inputting info with eye blinks, puffs of air, typing with one hand etc) every keystroke and click saved is not only more efficient, but easier.

I took notes, too. I may never use the special kb xcuts, but it may help someone down the road. Thanks, guys.

Re: detailed explanation - you are quite welcome but all I did was open Help & Support on my PC, locate the topic, and copy the contents.

I guess we can all thank M$ for the detail. :)

That's because several years ago, someone told Newt to RTFM. He looked up what the acronym meant and ever since has avoided being told to do that!

    Yup. I remember it well.

    WWJD?
    JWRTFM!!

I even had that as part of my signature for a while but somebody got offended so I removed it. :D

For those of us who are uninitiated to these acronyms, would you mind telling us how they are derived so we can use them too!

Oh, My, now I just love lists!
    Acronyms

    RTFM
"read the frigging manual!" (Should only be done as a LAST RESORT!)
