Excessive HDD activity re:PTSnoop.exe

    I understand from what I have read that can ( or does ) create some disk activity as it is constantly updating itself.

    So you have now made several changes and you just need to work with each one separately and see which one was the real culprit.

    I never say anything with 100% finality.

    :) When it comes to these ( at times ) poorly behaving things called Computers, that is a SENSIBLE statement. :) Because somtimes just one check mark can cause drastic changes.

    PS: I use Norton Speed Disk and Diskdoc for defrag and scan exclusively.

    That is fine. Just please don't mix. At least not SPDSK & MS Defrag. The other two don't seem to effect each other.
