    We didn't reset restore points but in any case system restore has nothing to do here.

    I suggest you reinstall Internet Download Manager.

    To see where downloads go in Firefox go Tools>Settings>General>Files and Applications>Downloads

    As for missing downloads folder I suggest restarting your computer.

    Thank you. That seems to work. My download location seems to have moved to a different drive, and my folder on the other drive is gone, but I don't need the old program downloads, as I'm sure they are outdated. I appreciate your help.
