Does My Computer Has a Trojan/Virus? Here's My HijackThis Log...

I keep getting the "Generic Host Process for Win32 Services has encountered a problem and needs to close. We are sorry for the inconvenience" error message. Does my computer have a virus of some sort? I have encountered this problem before and had to do a system restore because I couldn't get rid of it. The following is my HijackThis log. Nothing apparent in that log, but it is an outdated version of HijackThis. Please delete HijackThis, then read this topic, download and install the latest version and run a scan, then save the log. No need to post that log though .... it will show up in the next step.

That topic also gives links and instructions for using Deckard's System Scanner. Please download and run it, then post the contents of BOTH the main.txt and extra.txt logs.
