A friend has a Gateway notebook that she recently got back from a relative that had used it for awhile. Running Vista Ultimate. Every time on startup or restart now she gets an error message " Error loading C:progra~1\Mywebs~1\Bar\1Bin\m3plugin.DLL" she clicks OK and The window closes and seems to cause no other problems. She would like to get rid of the warning when the computer starts. How can she do it? Thanks, Jack

Just called her with your info on what to do. She just ran a program called ccleaner as recommended by her neighbor and that solved her problem. Thanks again, Jack
