[Inactive] Disabled IE; browser redirects when IE active

Greetings. I was hit with Windows Repair virus, last Friday. I was able to eliminate most issues with Malwarebytes and Unhide.exe, however some issues remain. I have lost my IE connection. I used Rkill to regain IE access, however, browser redirects (especially when trying to access sites containing anti-virus and/or malware advice/fixes). IE is lost upon restart. I tried to run TDSS rootkit removing tool, but it would not open. I downloaded and ran RKUnhookerLE, which identified and removed some(4) issues, but apparently not the one(s) causing the IE problems. Any help you could give would be sincerely appreciated.
