I just bought this graphics pad. Windows 7 loaded a driver automatically but the pen is not responding appropriately. Pressing on the pen is like right-clicking the mouse. Clicking the top button will open a program but I can't double click to get anything.

I installed the software that came with the pad but I got two pointers on the screen that moved in unison and would open a program icon when I clicked on something else.

I downloaded the new driver from the uc-logic.com website but I still get the same problems.

    Any suggestions?

Unfortunately the user reviews for this tablet are far from encouraging :(

It may be that there is a conflict between the DigiPro and Windows 7 Pen and Touch drivers. I came across this .....

How can I disable the default generic pen tablet driver on Windows 7?
That would be worth a try although my Wacom works perfectly with the Service running.

    Pete,

Thanks for the reply. Before I went to bed last night I did some searching for troubleshooting the digipro on my Kindle Fire (I should have been reading my scriptures but this was driving me nuts) and I found someone who had been having the same "double curser" problem. His respondant suggested it may not be a uc-logic pad but rather an Aiptek and provided a link to that driver.

With nothing to lose I tried it -- Works as it should.

I would like to leave this open for a couple of days just in case this is an anomaly

    Mitch
