Resolved Deleting a page from Facebook

    OK guys anyone answer me this, To delete a page in facebook I have to click on "Edit page" on the top right hand corner of my timeline the trouble is I do not have an edit page button to click on and I thought I was computer savvy!

    You could try this:

    If you don't see edit options, you have to "hide" someone. The "edit options" should then appear. Be sure to change the number of people you can see feed for & click save. Go back to "edit options" & "show" the person you have hidden - this should solve some problems.

    "Delete a page "? You can only do that if you are the page administrator.

    Ok Arie fair comment but if it was me who put the page on facebook why am I not the administrator and if not why not?

    Because both Facebook, and your posted personal data belong to Facebook? I'm sure they will allow you to use it to reveal even more information about yourself while wading through all their advertising however. ;)

    Your post gave me a good laugh SpywareDr - how true it is. The info in my post in this thread works every time, not for me, but one of the young in my family who insists in being a Facebook nerd....much to my chagrin.
