Hi shich, Welcome to Windowsbbs! :)

Since you are receiving that error message, you should make sure that your computer is free from any malware infections.

Please read this and post a new thread in the Malware and Virus Removal Forum.

Also run "shutdown -a" (without the quotes) to stop the shutdown sequence
You must be quick though, to run it before Vista starts shutting down (windows key + R may help here)

Some members have reported that this is definitely related to Malware
So as per Evan Omo, you may need to create a new thread in the Malware and Virus Removal Forum.

Sometimes (often) its in relation to malware: TDSSserv

You could try to stop this process (also check in Task Manager if its running, and exact name as there are a few differences), then..

    sc stop TDSSserv.sys
    sc delete TDSSserv.sys

Actually a tool has been made to remove this Malware: http://support.kaspersky.com/downloads/utils/tdsskiller.zip

Usually members who have this specific malware can have other malware installed, so again with creating a new topic.
But sometimes members just need the removal tool and then they're on their way :) The choice is yours.
