[Inactive] Could you tell me, how to fix Fakealert-REP virus

I Have window 7, and my wife is always downloading games,only from the same sight everytime. I ran program Stinger, and this is what it found.
C:\program Files x86 \real arcade\installer\bin \gameinstallee.exe
Found the fake alert! fakealert-REP trojan!
C:\program files x86 \realarcade\installer\bin\gameinstaller.exe is infected with the fakealert! fakealert-REP virus!
C:\program files x86 \realacade\installer.exe could not be repaired
I use Avast virus program,and always update window. Can you tell me how to make this go away.THX Again! I am not having any computer problems right now.
