Correct URL Address - But Goes to Wrong Site

    Downloaded Ad-ware And Spybot

    Hello Charles,
    I thought I had cracked the problem but it's back!!
    I have downloaded the above and run them - they are finding spyware but it still seems to be on, even though I have run them several times I am getting a message on Ad-ware saying they cannot delete certain things -this is all on my other computer dell laptop. I cannot get into microsoft to download updates and there are a lot of other sites being blocked still. What can I do !!!!!! PLEASE HELP

    Download HijackThis - canned instrutions:

    Download HijackThis to a folder of it's own - unzip and run. After the scan, click the save scan button, the saved scan will be in the same folder - then copy & paste it into your next post.

    I have not been able to copy logfile from the problem computer so I have e.mailed it to this computer it is on notepad. can I email it to someone there or what can I do????????
