It appears my connection s being intercepted by fraudulent servers.
What can I do about this?
Other links work fine,so I am thinking a virus of some kind?
Thanks in advance for all or your time and help.

You may or may not have a DNS hijacker malware. Below is my traceroute and note that the router 66.165.161.94 t9-1.gw1.mia.terremark.net on yours is marked as "Fraudulent ", but in fact it is a valid address/valid router.
    Code:
Hop	Hostname	IP	Time 1	Time 2
    3	ip72-219-248-69.dc.dc.cox.net	72.219.248.69	9.306	7.595
    4	mrfddsrj02gex070002.rd.dc.cox.net	68.100.0.145	7.578	7.715
    6	xe-4-3-0.edge2.Washington4.Level3.net	4.53.114.57	26.044	50.908
    7	vlan90.csw4.Washington1.Level3.net	4.69.149.254	20.601	10.368
    8	ae-91-91.ebr1.Washington1.Level3.net	4.69.134.141	10.357	10.617
    9	ae-2-2.ebr3.Atlanta2.Level3.net	4.69.132.85	23.150	26.252
    10	ae-73-73.ebr2.Atlanta2.Level3.net	4.69.148.254	24.483	29.564
    11	ae-2-2.ebr2.Miami1.Level3.net	4.69.140.141	36.282	35.971
    12	ae-2-52.edge2.Miami2.Level3.net	4.69.138.109	35.751	35.901
    13	DATA-RETURN.edge2.Miami2.Level3.net	4.71.212.66	61.026	58.440
    14	t9-1.gw1.mia.terremark.net	66.165.161.94	60.017	58.945
    17	72.46.236.188	[open]	60.017	63.221
It also appears that you are using a 3rd party traceroute tool which is erroneously flagging that router as fraudulent. Try using a command prompt with the command:
    tracert cr4.globalspec.com
