    Hi Again, I went over to Pat's house yesterday and ran the programs that you instructed me to do. I couldn't update Vista Windows Update because Microsoft isn't supporting this version anymore. I ran the other programs and Pat wrote that the computer was running much better.

    Thank you for alll your help.

    PS She is going to start looking at a new computer since she can't get any updates.
