Bill, waiting on the replacement power switch I ordered. I changed out the graphics card today but no change on the overall issue with the PC powering off. I did notice that the company who built my machine threw in a damaged GPU! The cooling fan is missing! I guess they figured I'd never know being it was upside down inside the case!

I'm thinking of ordering a used like m/b off of eBay. They no longer make the type I have in my system so I'm guessing that is the only thing to do if I want to keep things the same.

Just curious on a few things. I have DDR3 RAM. Will this RAM work in a m/b that is setup to take DDR4 - is it backwards compatible?

Bill, still waiting on the new power button to come in.

I noticed an error message today. "ME FW Update Failed". No idea why this is coming up. Should I reinstall (flash) the original ASUS M/B BIOS back in?

Also, the system powers up but is not always going into the CMOS to load up from the hard drive. I have to power on and off until it finally kicks in. I changed the CMOS battery and still the same thing. I also have a new M/B coming in just like the version that is in my system now.

Bill, changed out the motherboard in my system and all issues have resolved. I was able to locate an exact model that came with the system and just swapped them out.
