Inactive Computer Outragously Slow.

    [Inactive] Computer Outragously Slow.

    My Computer is obscenely slow on my Windows XP x64 os. I done a disk defrag, Registry clean and defrag, did a virus scan, and checked for disk errors. I have no idea what else could be wrong with it. In task manager, CPU usage and Kernel Times show one thread is at almost 100% and the rest are close to 0%, i've looked at the Process Affinity of all programs and they are set for all 8 threads. I did a hijackthis scan and here is the log:
