Solved Computer may be infected

Ok, I think everything's ok now. Thank you for your help. What would have prevented me from getting that virtumonde? I don't think I had the spybot SD resident running at the time. Would that have prevented it?

I'm not sure where you picked it up from? Maybe a web site?

Vundo is kind of hard to detect by AV and Malware apps. Because the file names change so often. Read Tony Klein's information at the end of the link I'm giving you.
