Solved Clicking Sound and Pop-up after Clean Scans

    You can't be running your computer in this state.
    It was just for testing purposes.

    It looks like one of your startups or non-MS services is doing it.
    Go back to "msconfig" and start re-enabling startups and services you just disabled but only one by one, restarting computer each time and checking for clicking sound until you find the culprit.

    All right, I'm still trying to find what is causing the clicking. I think it is something to do with McAfee but I don't know for sure. I'll keep you posted, it is taking a lot longer than I expected due to the fact I haven't been around my PC that much in the last four days. Thanks for all the help by the way!

    Apparently. after long due, "McAfee Platform Services." They are literally, after every single program being turned off, the only program being removed at the services option at msconig is "McAfee Platform Services" so I suppose this is not some sort of antivirus. This must be the only program after the many other programs that have been cleared one by one, this is the only one that has actually clicked once being turned on. Weird.
